i am an employee of a private limited firm . my company has 12 employees , and my employer made two companies and employees divided in n=both companies. no employee has any written agreement and in that case we are not receive any bonus ,any provident fund and gratuity . what should i can do it for ?? can i ask for gratuity if my employer terminates from my job . i am working from last 14 years

A.Just for bonus sake never enter into issue with employer Now the situation is very bad due Covid. You may not succeed however get lodge complaint with labor department about his misusing the provisions of law etc., Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.
