Leasehold Landed Property
My wife is a partner in a registered partnership firm having a landed property. The property belongs to husband of another partner who has leased the land in favour of the partners by registered lease deed for 35 years w.e.f. 05/12/1997 subject to termination on 04/12/2032. In the meantime the lessor has sold the said plot of land without any intimation to my wife, who is a partner. What legal steps should she adopt?
