Obc creamy layer

My father is a lawyer whose annual income was less than taxable amount for previous years and this year only he came under taxable income net . My mother is a govt school teacher who falls under group c . So her income is not accounted for obc income calculation. I want to know whether my father’s status will put me in Obc creamy layer
A.1) Regarding the calculation of OBC income it is currently 8 Lakhs per annum so if you're totally family income is above 8 lakh rupees on official note, then you are NOT eligible for any OBC non creamy layer certificate...
2) Also you have not mentioned what was the annual income of your lawyer father and what is the salary slip of your mother..... so it is difficult figure out whether you fall into the OBC creamy layer norms.

A.Your father income must be less than Rs.8 lacs then you can get such certificate.
