This happened to me back in 2017 to mid 2018 when I was put under extreme pressure to resign by keeping me out of work and boycotting me in the team in a Big Four accounting firm. This was done in the behest if the boss/partner. I had lodged a complaint with the ethics committee with all relevant evidences. Subsequently the Partner has joins another firm and continues to work against me by deliberately rejecting my job applications in that company. Do I have any legal recourse in this situation?
