Plot Sale Deed for Security Purpose to a Private Financier.

Sir, I have taken a 50k Hand loan and on the condition, I have registered my 150 Sqyrds plot in 2016. After registration he need to give me an agreement for the same. But he has postponed it by saying he has not received the sale deed copy. As I have trusted him and paid interest for months. But Even after my calls and Whatsapp messages he start not responding and blocked my number. Recently he after he as responded and said that I have sold him the plot. Now what I need to do.

Now it is very difficult to get back the 150 Sqyrds plot as you have registered the same in his name. If possible try to encroach the physical property by building some rooms & give it on rent to some people. It will become difficult for him to get orders from the court to remove the encroachment.
