In Andhrapradesh PSC they given Food safety officer notification given qualification is degree in medicine ,but they given posting to the BDS candidate,when I applied for RTI to the APPSC they replied that they given according to the MCI act 1956 2(f).But BDS comes under DCI .Can I fail the court case on APPSC about it.
