Property purchaser question Property purchaser question

I am looking to buy a property which has PUBLIC AQUISITION OVERLAY 4/ ROAD CATEGORY 1, I understand that the council has reserved a part of this property which could potentially be used for making a road. I am hoping that council will buy that part of the property when needed, not just overtake it for free. Please if you can tell any other downsides of buying such property, that will be greatful. Thank you

A.There are many downsides of such kind of property which has already got the tag of public acquisition overlay in road category ....as such property is likely to go in road cutting in the near future and if some other rules come by you may or may not get the compensation for the same.. better way avoid buying such kind of property rather than getting into the mess.
