What to do if my business partner is not ready for expansion of company and what can be done if he is not ready to reinvest the profit for growth of the company?

Better first know his intention it may wise because in these days so many people getting loses. Or you may withdraw from the partnership firm and start your Proprietorship firm or LLP company.

A.Refer to your partnership agreement and see the clause whatever they mentioned at the beginning of the the business ....or amendment if made any.
if the partner is not ready for expansion of the company you may start another company with a new partner and continue achieving your goals
