If i have transferred money via upi to someone over the period of time and now i need it back how do i get it back? There is no other proof stating that he'll return the money or he has taken it as a loan from me

A.Dear Client,
In the absence of any documentary evidence supporting your claim against the person to whom you transferred the money digitally, recovery of said money is not feasible even through litigation. You may serve a legal notice to the said person demanding a refund of the money that you lent him on loan mentioning the UPI transaction ID which may work or may not work.
