Railway NCR not giving training

NCR Headquarters called JE TM Candidates fir joining, taken documents from us but not sending us to training. Making excuses about police verification which is time taking task and other zones and divisions started training without police verification report. We are around 150 candidates sitting at home. Many of us left our previous job for this now we are in depression. What should we do now.
