I want to provide my space to the tenant for a limited period of time say for 3 years?What type of agreement will i go for?
A.Lease Agreement and it should be registered.

A.If you are staying in Madhya Pradesh. go for an agreement for 11 months and renew it later as per your understanding with the tenant. going for an agreement of more than 11 months will lead you to pay a heavy stamp duty on the agreement.
