i beg you please advice in full details as following 5 question. please.
1. I have been dismissed by General Manager (appointing authority) before 10 days and who will be appellate authority & his category or grade to me to appeal.
2. before dismissal, i revived a letter signed by deputy general manager by stating that your newly appointed disciplinary authority address and Appellate authority- General Manager authority address.
3. my question is that is deputy general manager having discretionary power to appoint one grade higher authority as appellate authority as General Manager because his is a junior compare to appellate authority General Manager .
4. before sending punishment letter to me by GM , Why deputy general manager advised me the newly appointed disciplinary authority and appellate authority address.
5. now what can i do can send my appeal to the chief general manager without considering newly appointed appellate authority because he also General manager. punishment imposed by General manager and appellate authority also another one general manager, how it is possible to appoint same category as appellate authority. or can i send to my appeal to newly appointed same category General manager as advised by the deputy general manager. Please advice me in full details.

A.Dear Sir,
My answers are as follows:
1. I have been dismissed by General Manager (appointing authority) before 10 days and who will be appellate authority & his category or grade to me to appeal.
Ans: The next designated authority will be the Appellate Authority that is Chief General Manager.
2. before dismissal, i revived a letter signed by deputy general manager by stating that your newly appointed disciplinary authority address and Appellate authority- General Manager authority address.
Ans: Disciplinary Authority and Appellate Authority cannot be one and same.
3. my question is that is deputy general manager having discretionary power to appoint one grade higher authority as appellate authority as General Manager because his is a junior compare to appellate authority General Manager .
Ans: How it can be. Procedural irregularities.
4. before sending punishment letter to me by GM , Why deputy general manager advised me the newly appointed disciplinary authority and appellate authority address.
Ans: It is to be questioned before the Tribunal or High Court.
5. now what can i do can send my appeal to the chief general manager without considering newly appointed appellate authority because he also General manager. punishment imposed by General manager and appellate authority also another one general manager, how it is possible to appoint same category as appellate authority. or can i send to my appeal to newly appointed same category General manager as advised by the deputy general manager. Please advice me in full details.
Ans: You may prefer Appeal first to General Manager if so advised and returned then to Chief General Manager.
