I applied for the lien to my ex employer registrar Gujarat Ayurveda university autonomous body of Gujarat govt, due to selection in Gujarat state govt job through GPSC. I gave technical resignation and demand for lien but lien not grant to me due to reason that department not having sufficient staff. can i file petition for that because i want to return on my previous job.
