Documents need to be collected after judgement Documents need to be collected after judgement

Dear sir/madam,
I am a single parent of small girl.
recently I got judgement in accident case of my husband.
lawyer itself is my relative. We have some family issue, for which he troubled us for money or telling progress of the case.
1. In the beginning of case, He made me to sign a empty 100rs bond saying it is required for case registration in court. I trusted him as I was in no way of thinking due to demise of my husband. One year Later I realized the bond is kept with him as such. When I asked him, he said it is to collect fees and he wrote in it as I would pay him 30% of my accident claim. I couldn't do anything. I don't whether it is registered or not.
It happened almost 6 years back. Now I got judgement. What care I have to take so I don't get problem in future with that bond or get cheated again
2.what documents need to be collected lawyer of the court after receiving judgement copy, so that I don't get problem with lawyer or insurance company or need to visit lawyer again .
Thank you

A.He can’t recover it through the court as there are rulings against this and it being the case of cheating, don’t worry, go ahead with getting the amount from insurance company.
