A.If you convert to religion as that of the Girl and marry her, the same will not effect her service / job.
The other way round, if she had obtained job based on "Specific Reservation Category" allocated to such a Religion Caste / Tribe etc., and that, after getting job under said "Reservation" if the employee changes / coverts to other Religion, it will impact the candidate's job.
In your case, it will not have any impact on her JOB.
You can proceed.

A.1) As she has already got a government job through BCM reservation and as your going to marry her it will not affect her job status.... as what you are marrying comes under the personal laws.....
2) Get married as per your wish & if she has to still become permanent in job, then DON"T change her name in the documents immediately after marriage. There are so many people who marry in different Caste & Religion & don;t change their wife's name for 10- 15 years ... It hardly matters... Continue till you wish. You have not mentioned from which state & city you are from & in which government is her job .. like is it State government or central government job..
