Tenant of some 20 years not vacating

A small shop space given to a family friend's son some 20 odd years ago on GOOD WILL, with no rental agreement,no shop registration, no license etc - is now needs to be demolished since it is some 200 yrs old building. The shop owner has voluntarily paid property tax for the shop in his name and now refuses to vacate
A.Paying of taxes do not confer any rights. Use muscle power or file eviction suit as oral tenancy is acceptable.

A.Dear client,
You must have the papers of the shop. You can file suit for possession in case you have the papers which shows your clear title.
