FNF not Paid by company

During the COVID I wasnt paid the salary for two months & even I lost the Job. Now its been 60 days from the date of exit and still i havent got the FNF paid by company. The HR is saying it will take more time but she is not specific. What should I do ?
A.You can get issue legal notice on the basis of central govr labor dept circulars. which are available with me.

A.During these times, employers are using random reasons to deny salary to their employees. Next time you ask you may be given a different reason.
You are entitled to your salary + benefits immediately, but will have to take legal action.
My client was facing similar issues, and I sent a legal notice, and got written confirmation of payments, and timelines for my client. Similar things may be beneficial for you also.
