online form filling fraud

dear sir, i ve done a data entry job online and as per the agreement they said they 'll pay for my work if submitted on time and if i do the work correctly . i did my part of work sincerely and double checked every form before submission . now they are asking me to pay the penalty fee . i think that company and agreement is fraud and altered my work . now they send a legal notice saying i have to pay penalty . please tell me what should i do now??. the company is called MAS technology , a gujarat based company .

Your inputs clearly indicated that it amounts to On-line Fraud, first of all all educated who wants to earn from home shall be very cautious with such kind of websites who pull us to do the works on-line, before we start the work we shall confirm from them that what are their rules and regulations. any how, now its time you have not paid anything yet, better put all the things on paper with all mail transactions happened between you and the company and lodge a Complaint under Cyber law.

1) Which was the website and does the company have their own website ?
2) Who recommended you for this online work?
3) Where do you stay?
4) Do you have any contact details of which person you spoke to you for the contract work ?
5) Did you sign any type of Contract or Agreement with the company?
6) Most of these types of companies are fraud? They will just keep demanding money & reject your work.
7) As now they have sent you the legal notice or may send through email there is a high chance that they may file a case against you. It will be always better if you send a legal notice by a Lawyer to the company for their false claim and mental harassment for you.
8) Also make sure that you are recording all the phone Calls which they have been calling you for money?
9) If possible we can help you to file a complaint to cyber crime office in your area if they are sending you continuous messages & emails for the payments.

A.Hello Sir,
as you said you have received a legal notice for penalty, then i would like to advise you that please send a reply of that legal notice because if you sit quit and did not response of that notice legally then they will assume that you have accepted that penalty.
so my advice is please send the reply of that notice through advocate.
