If a female legally married after demise of her husband to a man who has legally divorced his 1st wife than what are the rights of a child of female from her 1st marriage in the property of his 2nd husband
A.Actually there is no right of the child in the property second husband.
It's at the discretion of the husband only.
But wife has a right on the the property of the husband
It's at the discretion of the husband only.
