Separation Clauses in the Appointment letter

Kindly let me know how to draft in the Appointment letter for the following clauses.
1. If any employee resigns during the probation period, he would not be paid for the salary for the left over working days.
2. The Employment may also be terminated with immediate effect if any vertical of the organization or the Organization is undergoing any Financial Crisis.
