Not paid the April month salary

Since May 2020 ,I'm working in a private school, due to my health issue I resigned the job in the month of February 2024 as per the rule 3 month notice given. But they relieved me on April 3rd, after all the work has been extracted. And every year I produced centums and the subject average was above 80. But without humanity they are behaving . What can I do to get my salary

In the prevailing situation, after serving a legal notice for the cause, a complaint against the School Management can be lodged over non-payment of salary to the National Council of Teacher Education(NCTE) by addressing the letter directly to the Nodal Officer (Complaints), NCTE and sending an email: to [email protected] for necessary action and a resolution in the matter.
