A.Dear Client,
In this scenario, after approaching the Labor Commissioner's office or any competent authority to resolve the issue, you can send a legal notice to the school management and demand the payment of the salary dues. You can also file a complaint to the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) by sending an email to their grievance cell. In case of inaction by the school authorities, you can file a suit under Section 33(c) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 to recover the salary amount. If required, you can consult an advocate for advice and assistance in the matter.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client,
In the prevailing situation, after serving a legal notice for the cause, a complaint against the School Management can be lodged over non-payment of salary to the National Council of Teacher Education(NCTE) by addressing the letter directly to the Nodal Officer (Complaints), NCTE and sending an email: to [email protected] for necessary action and a resolution in the matter. You may also bring the matter to the notice of the District School Inspector or the affiliation authority of the school to stop the malpractice in an educational institute. The private teachers now have a right to file writ petition in High Courts, which was previously only available to government teachers. In the given situation, you need to get in touch with an experienced Civil Advocate for the service of a legal notice to the School Authority and to take suitable legal action to access appropriate relief in the matter
