A.I have gone through your query in detail.
1) Sorry to say but it is very difficult or almost impossible to recover payments from a die person
2) As your said you are customer bought the product on 2/6/2020, and the customer die on 23/6/2020. So once the person is die you cannot expect a payment from him because when a person die the file is closed, because when the person is die then we cannot make any payment and so he cannot attend any calls because he is die
3) So now sending any legal notice to a die person will not serve any purpose
4) Also so now you cannot do anything because the person is die as you have said.... but in case the person is living then we can surely have various legal options for or recovering of your money back, but first make sure the person is living or he is die.

If you realize my professional skills, the time & efforts put in by me needs to be truly appreciated, and then Please “CLICK MY LIKES/ THUMBS UP/GIFT” button shown below this reply format & also CLICK/ WRITE a “REVIEW” in 5 star as I have answered your query in detail.
