Need information for the deed for aprtment

i purchased flat in 6 flats building and i purchased flat after building complete so builder sold me against conveyance deed and other people did deed of apartment because they booked under construction so suggest can i have to do apartment deed or what

A.Deed of conveyance creates your full ownership on property. Just ensure it is registered deed and check schedule of property transfered , seller purchager details , terms and conditions are ok as agreed by you.
