Someone copied content from our website and when we submitted DMCA complaint against them, they called us and abused through message. Then they filed a bogus DMCA complaint in reverse resulting in our website getting financial losses. How can we file lawsuit against them?

A.Dear Sir
First get copy right /trademark register with the concerned authority respect of your website .further ask your designers to make a provision not to get copied the contents of your website by anybody

A.You shall send them a cease and desist notice and file a trademark infringement suit if they do not stop.
