My husband has filed divorce case on grounds of cruelty though there were very small issues.I dont want divorce I was asked to leave matrimonial home I left as I though my husband will get some space & it might restore our relation but nothing happened & we are leaving separately from 7 months. Now I have filed case of DV for right to residence & interim maintenance.Though I just want right to residence not money. As I am also earning good. I filed DV just to dismiss his cruelty case as he has done wrong with me.So my question is when our case will go for Mediation though it will take some time as due to covid situation his divorce petition is till on AWAITING NOTICE status. Will Mediation help in restoring of marriage. What can I do to which will help to restore the marriage. We just completed 3 years of marraige & no child. He was involved in emotional affair also which I caught then after that he filed for divorce.I have those messages with me also.Though he apologized for that.I know he did wrong thing but he is really a good man.

A.Yes you can restore your marriage through Meditation when the both of you want to, as the court also don't want to break marriage .... And Divorce only happens in extream cases where there is no hope for the couple.
