Possession of Flat

I purchased the flat in Jan 2016, possession date was 31 Dec 2019. I asked but they don't have OC letter. They always says that they have applied for it but not yet received. I already made 30% payment to the builder. Bank is not ready to give remaining 10% without oc letter. I asked them for receipt for the OC they applied but they did not give it to me till now. Now what should I do ? Should I hire a lawyer ? Or rera ? Is it even a proper case from my end ?

A.As you had purchased the flat in Jan 2016, possession date was 31 Dec 2019 & so you have NOT been received your flat from the builder & as he is NOT giving you the OC letter. It is a high time that you send him a Legal Notice from a lawyer & also make a RERA compliant. You are perfectly on track.
