We have the following query as a part of resident welfare association from Bangalore.

we have 56 units in our residential complex and monthly maintenance is INR 300,000. So per unit maintenance cost is around INR 5350 which is with in GST However few units are not paying the current maintenance and association is working towards recovering the same. To manage the short fall the rest of the units are lending this money to association. Given the current situation since outgoing monthly maintenance and lending amount is above INR 7500 per unit. Kindly share your thoughts on GST as part of the amount is lending for non paying units.
