मी महाराष्ट्रातील एका शैक्षणिक संस्थेतील खाजगी अनुदानित शाळेत लिपिक आहे. संस्थाचालकांनी आकसापोटी माझी बदली त्याच संस्थेतील दुसऱ्या शाळेत बदली करण्याचे ठरविले आहे.पण मला बदली नकोय. मी 2 वर्षात सेवानिवृत्त होणार आहे.
जर कर्मचारी येत्या 5 वर्षात सेवानिवृत्त होणार असेल तर त्याची बदली करता येत नाही असा नियम जिल्हा परिषदेतील शाळांसाठी लागू आहे.हाच नियम खाजगी संस्थेत पण लागू आहे का? बदली रोखण्यासाठी के करता येईल?
