Company not settling my F&F

Company whose head office is at Mumbai and I am working at Bhopal as a Manager . I belongs to Odisha (Hometown). In April company asked me to resign due to some reporting error (No financial loss) which myself upfrontly informed the manager that their is a formulae error. I resigned as company has trust issue . I didn't received any response till June even after my repeatative reminders nor I was getting salary .I decided to send a legal notice and I did that for which company has not responded to that aswell. Now I want to proceed with legal action .please advice

A.Dear client
As you have already issued notice , you can file civil suit against company and demand your legal claim.
Further pls. check who is the regulatory authority of your company you can seek his intervention also for non compliance of prescribed policies.
If you have resigned online portal then there may you check the status on your resignation.

A.Since the company didn't responded positively despite service of the legal notice, you can file a court case under the Industrial Disputes Act subject to fulfill the requirement of the said act or a civil suit for the recovery of the amount,
