Hi Sir, I and my husband both are working, since 4months am jobless. Its been 13years since our marriage. Only for for 2years he has taken care of house rent, and I used to pay for remaining like groceries, vegetables and other monthly expenses. His parents stayed with us for first 5years, after that they went to their native by compelling him to give divorce to me. After that I had my second kid. And I have taken flat and I was paying EMI every month , and all the expenses like school fees for my first kid maid groceries. Cloths, vegetables like that all my salary I used. He has not even paid one month EMI also when I went for 2nd delivery. Now I am jobless, house loan still there 10lacs outstanding he is saying he will not pay that, I need to pay that amount also and he will take care of my food and clothes. Sir I am helpless as he has not shown his salary not even once after my marriage as he was giving all his salary to his parents and sister and their families.but now how can I run my family. Please advise, am feeling like I will kill myself and my kids so that he stay with his parents. Please advise.
