Regarding availment of PL Regarding availment of PL

I m working in SBI bank from last 10 years, having balance of 204 Privilege Leaves. I applied for 3 months PL in last year October, 2019,after completion of maternity leave, narrating the reason for caring baby but employer refused to sanction for the said reason. HR manager said that PL can't be sanctioned for taking care of child. Branch Manager said that 3 months leave can't be sanctioned at once. In our HR manual, there is no description about maximum no. of PL and reason of PL. He compelled me to avail Sab batical leave, which is going to complete in Oct,20. Now I want to avail my 4 months PL to take care of child, but what if employer will again refuse? In the present scenario of Corona creche facility will not be available. Baby feeds me also. I m much worried. Is there any legal way to support me..
