Hi Team,
The builder changes specifications of the flat in the agreement (Annexure E) in comparison to what was mentioned in the brochure. What can be done now so thing may not change during possession and they deliver things what was promised in the initial brochure?

Specification mainly regarding the quality of the product that will be used like :
1. Flooring TIles
2. Toilet tiles
3. Doors material etc

A.Hi,
You can talk to your builder to ensure that the building is delivered as promised, if the builder fails to do so there are a lot of remedies available like filing a consumer case for deficiency of service or under RERA. Please contact a lawyer for further advice

A.1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to correct the agreement as per the brochure or to refund the amount,
2. if agreement is executed with the changed specification, it will be treated as your acceptance to the same

You send notice to builder to make good all the specification as per brochure if doesn,t act on it file consumer case where you will get relief along with compensation.
