Employer not responding since starting of COVID

I work in travel Pvrt ltd company, at the beginning of vivid our company owner stated to reduce the salary of staff to 50% from April 20 onwards but now he is not responding messages and calls and neither releasing any salary. As confirmed from clients the work is started since starting of domestic airlines I. e. May 2020. But now he is not responding me.

A.1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the outstanding amount along with the interest,
2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a court case under the provisions of the relevant law,

A.It appears your employer does not want to pay you the salary and has removed you from the job. You have two options in this case, file a police complaint against him and second is to send him a legal notice calling upon him to release your due salary.
