The builder is not giving me benefit of stamp duty recently agreed by the government.He is keeping it to himself by manipulating the agreement.what should I do?

A.Hi,
Please try to settle the case amicably with your builder before filing a case, alternatively you can approach the Consumer Court for Unfair Trade practice

You can file consumer complaint and also can file a written complaint before revenue dptt/adm concern to take necessary step for not following guidline and pray to blacklist him.
