A.Dear Client,=== Record with a hidden camera what he speaks with vedio and audio of ISI quality standard material and record and maintain seperately.

Try to collect all audio and vedio what he and his mother are doing.
Inform To the Women Police station regarding this = they maximum try to resolve and helps to make peace.
If else he is not good, apply for divorce and i personally suggest due to coivd 19 issue economic disstress these issues arise.

But this becomes an end after he is going for a regular job.

A.Madam to live with dignity is your right. No one has right to harass you. As your husband is creating violence and threatening to kill you. You can file a complaint for demanding dowry and domestic violence . And can seek protection and residence order under section 18 and 19 of protection of women from domestic violence act.

A.if you want to remain in the matrimonial relationship, then, try to settle the matter amicably with your husband involving elders/relatives/friends etc and start afresh, and if, failed, file Restitution of conjugal rights petition in the Court,

You can also file/claim
498a complaint (for causing mental, emotional, physical and monetary abuse, etc)

you have rights to claim residence, protection, compensation, maintenance,
if you do not want to opt the divorce presently, you can ask for judicial separation also,

A.You should give a complaint to the nearest Police Station as soon as possible. Even after that if he is still harassing then file a suit against him and his mother in the family court with the help of a legal attorney and also mention your conditions so that the court can help you in gaining the respect and dignity that you deserve and also for the kids as they need their father.
