Cancellation of sale agreement

Hello sir,
Your vedios are very informative and helpful.
Sir similar case happened to me.
The purchaser gave 5% of the land value as token and the completion period of the full payment was of 4 months, that was written on the sale agreement he failed to complete the payment even after 7 months.Now he is not ready to give back the agreement papers and take his token amount back. He is forcing us to sell the land to him only.we dont want to sell him our land to that person. Please advise sir
Will the agreement automatically cancels after the time mentioned

A.The limitation for suing ends only after three years from the date on which the agreement ends. But you have better chances to win the case because he has elapsed the time without fulfilling the agreement.
