I was working with my company from past 7 years and now they have terminated my services without giving any notice on 27th June and stopped all my payouts. I requested them to let me know the reason on what grounds they have terminated my services but they are not and nor releasing my payouts.

A.1. you can serve him a legal/demand notice through a lawyer to clear full & final payment along with the interest,
2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a court case,
3. you can also fila case to reinstate your job

A.Under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act, an employer cannot terminate an employee who has been with the company for more than a year without giving the employee at least 30 days of notice in writing. If an employee has been with the company for more than three months but less than a year, the employer needs to give at least 14 days of notice. The notice is not necessary if the employee is being terminated for misconduct. You may file a complain against the Employer in the Labour Court with help of an attorney.

A.If they terminated u without any reason u can ask them about termination latter on companies letterhead with the specific reasons. If they not give u , u can send them legal notice .
