A.1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the outstanding amount along with the interest,
2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a court case,
3. you should have given them the due time notice

A.You should send them a legal notice. It is against employment laws and probably their own contracts etc.
You are bound to recover all amounts due from your employer. You should not give in to their demand, but should send legal notice and thereafter file to the labour court/ civil case against your employer.

A.You have to serve the employer/ company with a legal notice first through a lawyer. Then with all the proofs file Complain case , Civil case for recovery of Salary against him .
