OBC RESERVATION FOR CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE

MY father is railway driver,his income is more than 8lakh,but according to central gov. rule class C,D employees salary and agriculture should not be considered for Other Backward Classes-Non Creamy Layer,so why they require income certificate to issue Other Backward Classes-Non Creamy Layer certificate.Thanks

A.Dear Client, Once income Crossed above 8 lakh and having grade A employee then it comes under CREMY LAYER OBC LIST. Please check OBC gov listed rules and regulations for clarification.
