TERMINATION ON DUAL EMPLOYMENT

I have sent Resignation mail on 10th Sept 20 with a 30 days notice. Today my company revert back with Termination mail stating dual employment. I have not joined on any new job, started a business on spouse name. How could my company can say it a dual employment. I have asked for evidences or proof from them on dual employment but they have not provided yet anything How to go on this

A.Is there any employment bond in the Contract ? (any amount payable etc.)
In any case, you can refute the termination by providing the registration papers of the business, as they are in the name of your wife it should not be an issue.

A.1. you can serve the employer a proper reply of the termination mail or you can serve them a legal notice through a lawyer regarding the matter,
