I am operating my company in Indian since one year. I have partnered with one American real estate company based in USA recently. According to our partnership, they have provided me a dedicated partner hyperlink to their website. They have asked me to market and circulate this hyperlink on social media, facebook, whatsapp etc. Hence, if anyone clicks on that hyperlink, he/she will be directed to their real estate website after which if the person likes the property and books any room for rent, the American company is going to pay me a commission after the customer checks in USA. But my problem is, if the customer cancels the booking and ask for refund, the company may or may not refund depending on their terms of service. So, if the customer takes any legal action, will I also be charged even though I was just a marketing medium and have not taken anyone's money or directly provided any consulting service?

If you do not want your liability in case of money refund than you should mention it on your website or in your marketing channel's.
