Dear sir, I have purchased commercial NA plot from builder in Maharashtra in 2015. I build there house for Residence on commercial NA plot. Is this illegal as per NA land Rules in Maharashtra? If illegal then what should I do? Should I convert change in use from commercial NA to Residential NA of my NA plot? Please guide me.

A.You need not do anything as it is commercial and used for residential. If it was vice versa then there was an issue.
