I purchased 500 sq Yard land in 2007.now I want to sell but in the government records its shows only 464 sq yard. I have full registration of land. In tehsil, they are saying that there are no more land remaining to fulfill this gap.
A.You can sell the actual land at least.

A.If you have full land registeration 500sq yard .
You have to file application for marking of land (Nishandehi) you can check also previous record of mutation it will support you
