The agri land 3 acre sold by A to B in 1971. B sold the same to C in 2015. And C converted land into NA plots in 2016 and sold to number of people. Now A lodge case on land 3 acre. Whether the NA plot owners lose their plot? Can A lodge case after 49 years? Whether case has weigh?
A.Hi,
Since A voluntarily sold the land to B, he/she does not have any right to file a case for that land now. In addition to this there is a delay of 49 years which makes the suit not maintainable before the court.
