I need an idea and help on how to close default housing loan in an smooth approach

A.For settlement of your housing loan you can do the following things:
1. Approach the branch manager through phone call, mail for settlement, as you are ready / want to settle the housing loan.
2. If there is no favourable response from the bank, then you can surrender the said flat as the same is mortgage with the bank.
3. Send a legal notice and go to Consumer Forum as there is no provision that you can go to DRT as only the Banks can go there for their Debts only.
If you find this favourable please free to approach.
