A.As such daughter or son does not have any right of any nature in the self earned property of father during his life time.
Under Hindu succession Act daughter is also a legal heir and is entitled to claim share in the property left by father without WILL etc. Supreme Court judgement is on different subject and does not apply in your instant case.
