Mental Harassments and Threatenining Mental Harassments and Threatenining

I have availed in 2017 OD for Rs.12.36 Lakhs from Bajaj Finserv , paid Monthly Intreset till 2018 end @Rs.14877 /Rs.2.23155 .Though i lost my Job in May 207 but still manage to pay Interset and when i couldnt paid interst for one month , the trouble started . Daily Bajaj appointe recovery team started presuuriing me and my family and they use to sit in my house for entire day provoking me to commit suicide .In Feb 2019 , they forced me to sign documents and converted the OD to EMI based PL for 5 years with monthly EMI of Rs.30877 .Since i had zero income and no job , couldnt pay 1st 4 EMI and defaulted . However under tremendous pressure , finally landed one job in Aug 2019 and since then started honouring all ECS presneted in the account . Till sep 2020 , 14 EMI were honoured worth Rs.432278 .But Bajaj never stopped harrrassment and inspite of several request to shift thos epending 4 EMI to last and shift the last EMI from Feb 2024 to June 2024 and i was willing to sign an supplement agreement .Instead Bajaj started presneting , knowingly 4 EMI to my account , which resulted an additional burder of bouncing charges form bank Rs.28000 and Baja accrued in name of penal charges of Rs.45000 and snow started sending goon, highly dangerous and threaten to harm me, my family, insult in front of everyone and we will have dire consequences. Instead of listening , he is after me and we are scared. Have written to their nodal office but instead they have automated response to clear EMI, which today is Rs.1.66 Lakhs plus and is unaffordable due to limited income. I am alreday on verge of bank rupt condition .Now the goon is after my life and i am sacred the way his threatening calls have been so far . What i am suppose to do in this case .

A.Dear Sir,
Such instances are many and you have to approach Civil Court by filing permanent injunction suit saying that they cannot approach you except due process of law that is by way of filing a civil suit for recovery.

A.Stop entertaining them. Such practice of putting pressure is illegal. Let them file recovery case in court which shall take time during which you can arrange money and can go for OTS.
