Can i do this ? #propertyClaim #forSon #ThisWayPossibleorNot Can i do this ? #propertyClaim #forSon #ThisWayPossibleorNot

Hi, I am a women who's parents have a big house on a big land, i mean, they are very rich., And my husband & son are very poor, because i married to my lover without the permission of my parents.but now, it's okay, my parents are happy, not sad, because time is a great healer.
Now, i'm in depression because of my son's financial condition.he's not able to live a good lifestyle as compared to his friends & relatives.I want to claim my share in my parents house & file a partition suit of that land on which the house is built. But the problem is that my father died in year 2003.And now, i don't have the courage to ask for my share Or to send legal notice to my brothers or mom....i don't fear them but i respect them for their love & affection & they're selfish, they'll not agree & i don't wish to fight them.
Now i want that whenever i die then my son claim my share & file a partition suit against my brothers And i'm ready to make my video saying this and a stamp paper/ legal declaration paper in which i confess & claim the share & ask my son to file a partition suit. I'm not in hurry, whenever i die around 25 years later, i want my son to get what he deserves.
Is this possible? Please don't hesitate to suggest other ways & other documents & proof to make this possible.
How to make it possible ? We're from haryana.

A.Dear Madam,
If your father has not left any Will in respect of his self acquired properties then you can immediately file partition suit and get stay of alienation of such properties until your share is decided. Due to love marriage you cannot be denied a share in your father’s properties.

A.Hi,
If you want to claim share in your fathers property then you have the full right to do so and as per the latest ruling of supreme court a daughter can also get share in the property, before sending legal notice or proceeding with a partition suit it is advisable that you try to resolve this peacefully with your brother and your mother and ask them for your share in the property, if they refuse to give you the share then proceed legally.
