Deposits in Sahara credit cooperative society

My mother aged around 65,kept my fathers terminal benefits from employer is totally deposited in "Sahara Credit co-operative Society".In order to redempt above bonds approached the local branch but there is no proper response from them.
Kindly guide me.how to get it.
