oriental insurance is disobeying ombudsman order

I have recently been awarded from ombudsman in my favour.But insurance company (oriental insurance) has denied to pay me citing wrong decision by ombudsman.Can insurance company not binded by ombudsman order? Ombudsman office has told me that they are not authoriesed for rehearing and advised me to approch high court. Please suggest.

Hi,
Since the insurance company is not following the order given you can file a suit against the insurance company in the High Court.
